Carlie and I are normal people (some disagree) but on a recent trip to Cambodia we were exposed to a life-changing event. While in Phnom Penh we met the kids at Kulap 4 Orphanage, 60 youngsters aged between 3 and 23, each one of them armed with a ready smile, a natural inquisitiveness and a hope for the future, a hope that survived in direct contrast with their predicament. Our time there was short but its effects long.

We are heading to Central America in October 2007 for 5 months cycle touring and can't resist the urge to use this endeavour to help raise money for a cause that is not only genuine, but breaks through the barriers and costs of bureaucracy.

We don’t plan to change the world, just the lives of a bunch of kids!
